About Us

In August 2025 while driving a long quiet stretch of I-10 FWY, on the way home to California from Louisiana, the idea, “Storytime for Dogs” was hatched. A few days later, daydreaming on the sofa, the design of a Dog-Eared 

flap to hold a treat, found its way into the mix and we were off and running! Wait - Not so fast. The unchartered waters of patents, trademarks, book layout, book printing, child safety guidelines, international wholesale goods shipping and customs, warehouse rental, inventory keeping, business licenses… all lay ahead for us. It was truly fun navigating and learning each of the particular steps of taking a product from a dream to reality. 

We’re excited to share our “pet” project, hoping you and your pups enjoy experiencing them as much as we enjoyed creating them.
